We are very flexible with our fees, offering the following options for retaining our services.

Hourly - We charge this for this work. Simple onsite and/or remote assistance. This is the default option when no other agreements are in place. This is typically invoiced net 30 days due. First time clients are expected to pay immediately upon completion of work using any method below.
Blocks - Block hours of labor maybe purchased at a discounted rate for ongoing support and conrtinual service. Rates are as listed below. All block hour purchases must be paid in advance of work being performed. The hours purchased never expire, regardless of an increase in the future.
Scope - (SOW) Scope of Work - This is our project based option. We will gather the requirements of your request, detail the scope of the work, and provide a quote on the costs associated. These quotes are based on our hourly rates but are discounted depedning on size of job, history with client, third party needs, or specific/specialized skills involved. SOW projects will require a deposit in advance usually 50% of the total fee. This deposit is negotiable.
